Hiya,

Can you post the model and product number of the appliance please?

Prefix the product number with the letter A to prevent it being crossed out.

Thanks

Answer

Hiya,

Managed to find the correct appliance group.

Error 30 is an indication that the anti flood device has been activated.

As the machine starts up again when you tip it and drain the base this confirms that there is water getting into the base.

Pull the machine out, unplug it from the wall socket and take the side panels off.

You will have to run the machine with the panels off to look for the leak.

Please keep your hands (and the rest of your body) away from the machine whilst power is applied.

Once you locate the source of the leak, unplug the appliance from the wall socket before attempting to repair it.

Unfortunately, I can only tell you that the common leaks on these are from a loose nut on the salt container (take the cap off and check that the nut is tight) or from the wash motor hose.

Obviously, with the panels off you will be better placed to observe the leak.

Hope this helps.

Thanks
