are you serious 200,000 miles and no maintenance besides oil and spark plugs?!!?

I would change the fuel filter and air filter every 30,000 miles.
have a lincoln or ford dealership flush the coolant every 60,000 miles. this is a time consuming and critical procedure to get the system blead of air after the flush.
change the manual trans fluid every 100,000 miles.
check the brakes every 20,000-30,000 miles
we really don't see ls's in the shop that often, they are pretty solid cars.

Yes i would replace plugs and plug wires every 100,000 miles too.
the fuel filter and labor runs around $40
the coolant flush will run around $100
the tranny drain/ fil will run around $40-$50
the tune up with new plugs and wires wil run around $250
all prices are estimated and depend on labor rates and parts costs
