If its clogged and like I said thats very rare you should be able to have them clean the injectors and this is done with out removing them. This usually runs one hour of labor and the price of the injector cleaner. If they have to remove that injector (#3) its located under the intake and I am enclosing the labor time to remove and replace the injector.

There is no way it should cost that much. It could if they where replacing them. I would get a second opinion and have them clean first.
