back out the set screw off the motor wheel and shaft?see if the blower wheel moves freely up and down on the shaft. if it does ur in great shape, if not spray some kind of lubricant down inside the shaft where the screw was and all over the shaft. sand the shaft off some take a ajustable wrench and tightend it up on the flat side of the shaft hold the wheel and try to move the shaft back and forth to free it from the blower
