95 merc gran marquis, 4.6l starter not rolling over....replaced park interlock and ignition switch, which seemed to fix for awhile, same problem again... confirmed starter ok, and have no power at the solenoid on start side. can bypass solenoid and car will start. after bypassing, car will start on it's own a few time, and then nothing....any ideas???

That could very well just be a bad transmission range position sensor, (neutral safety switch) Here is a diagram of the starting circuitry along with a test for it.

i have already changed the park interlock on this car. any relays or anything else of interest i might look for???? and locations please

Oh..I thought that meant the BTSI, (park interlock) for the trans brake interlock, my bad.

There are not any other components in the starting system circuit. You will want to see where the power is getting lost, (into or out of the trans range sensor) and that the connections are all good.
