The fact that your mom and dad are cousins does not change your relationship to your brothers and sisters. Marriage between cousins more widely accepted in some cultures than others. Genetic diseases that require one abnormal gene from each parent to become evident are more likely to occur in the children of cousins, but this does not guarantee that you or your siblings will develop any diseases.
