Hi lil lady fee,

It sounds like your obsessions are related to an inner sense of inadequacy you feel. I suggest you go to talk therapy with a clinical psychologist in your area. The feelings of inadequacy and anxiety about relationships can be addressed in psychotherapy. If you really want to work on overcoming your anxiety, I suggest you get some therapy as soon as possible. You do not deserve to go through life feeling the way you are feeling right now. Also, this type of anxiety is going to drive the people you love away from you faster than you can imagine. Before you know it, you will be making your worst fears come true all on your own. For your sake and the sake of your loved ones, I recommend you get into psychotherapy. This is honestly the best option for you right now.
