Info Request

Thank you for contacting Just Answer. I look forward to assisting you.

While we write back and forth, please keep in mind that I do not know what you already know or don't know, or with what you need help, unless you tell me. Sometimes I'm unable to read your entire question until AFTER I write back to you.

Although it's usually five minutes, sometimes there can be a delay of an hour or more in between my answers because I may be researching the answer to your question, helping other customers, or taking a break. If we are writing late at night, I may have to go to sleep and resume helping you the following morning.

I need the following information before I can answer your question:

Sure, it can be held liable. How can I help you?

I'll look forward to hearing from you,

I am currently looking for legal assistance in order to seek a remedy to my job firing. I feel that Disneyland should be held responsible for not dealing with an aggressive co-worker. They were well aware of his behavior and he even challenged two of the lead men to fights and on one occasion a supervisor was present when he challenged a lead man to "step outside and we can settle it" during an argument. The employee was moved to three different attractions due to threats to fight co-workers.

Answer

I know one attorney I could recommend, but he is in Ventura County.

Here is the referral list for California: http://www.calbar.ca.gov/state/calbar/calbar_generic.jsp?cid=10182&id=1403

You should look for a Plaintiff's employment/trial attorney.

You can find employment attorneys here: http://www.celaweb.org/

You can find trial attorneys here: http://www.caoc.com/ca/index.cfm?

I do think, from what you said, that you may have a case.

Before filing a lawsuit, however, your union should be working actively to get you your job back.

Meanwhile, don't forget to file criminal charges against the coworker who assaulted you.

I'm taking a few days off. I just checked in to see if anyone - like you - was waiting for me.

Happy Holidays!
