i always pick at my hair and skin because something always seem to be on me but has never id a bug

Picking at your hair and skin usually is connected to some type of anxiety disorder. Hair-pulling is called Tricotillomania, and the hair-pulling is used as a way of coping with feelings of anxiety. Some people who use cocaine will also have the feeling that there are bugs on their skin and they will pick at them.

You should see your doctor to make sure that you do not have some type of medical condition, and if not, see a therapist who can work with you to help you manage your anxiety in a more productive way.
