Hi there. You are at the beginning stages of intake gasket failure. What is happenning is small amounts of coolant is getting into the lifters. To prove it drain the oil leave the drain plug out and pressure test the cooling system to 15psi for about an hour and you will see coolant drip from the oil pan drain hole.

Hi there. The latter part of your post is now visible to me, as it was not the first time I viewed your post. Yes the coolant that leaked into the oil system has damaged the lifters, I did not know you had already replaced the intake gaskets. I did this same job last week and I was smart enough to replace the lifters when I had the engine apart, I also read about this problem in a forum while diagnosis's the truck I was working on.
