Hello
I would strongly urge you to get an attorney to represent you in this matter. This is a very complicated matter and you need to seek their counsel about all of the details in the case. Their may be a way to show the extraordinary hardship for your wife on appeal, but you need a lawyer to write the brief for the appeal. These cases are to complicated for someone to handle on their own.
If you don't have any recommendations for a lawyer, you can find one at http://www.ailalawyers.org/. Choose one who specializes in family.
This form is able to answer general questions, but your sitution requires the skill of an attorney who can appeal your case. If you don't you could be arrested and removed from the US and then your entire family will suffer.
