dear mechanics, seasons greetings. my question is, i have a 2006 qx 56 infiniti truck. its a X XXXXX XXXXX, i want to know if its posible to convert it to X XXXXX XXXXX and what are all the parts needed.also if the nissan armada parts could work?

Hello XXXXXXX, it is possible but the cost would totally outweigh the benifits. You would be looking at changing out parts such as the tranny, transfercase, front end assembly, wiring harnesses, modules, etc. You will spend thousands of dollars to do this right. And then you will still face the problem of finding someone compitent enough to complete this job.

Okay. These prices are just estimates as most wrecking yards are going to vary. Also the labor for something like this will vary depending on how a shop bills it out. The price you are going to spend on the hard parts, yes Armada parts will work for these, will be anywhere from about $3500-5000. The tranny, transfercase, and front end assemblies will be rpicey. For the wiring and modules/computers you will need Infiniti parts and they will cost about $1000. Now for the labor I would personally charge about $2000. This job can take 20+ hours to complete.
