2004 Freestar Limited Edition 100, 005 miles   brake senor not working but plenty of brake fluids when said its low. should we get a new brake senor or can we wait till after Jan 2009?   or is it still under warranty?

Already Tried:
brake senor let me know that brake fluid very low   took my car to the mechanic plenty brake fluid and tires good and said brake senor goofed and need a new one for $325 from Ford.. Is it still in warranty? If not plan to wait till Jan 2009 to get new brake senor. Is that ok?

No, it is not under warranty anymore. Your car had a 3 year 36k warranty and you are definitely past that.

As far as the sensor goes, you can definitely wait as long as you need as long as you keep the fluid full and don't let it run out nof fluid.
