First of all what year and model Honda are we dealing with?
Did the car not turn over after Sears looked at the vehicle?
Do the dash lights come on and the car just doesn't turn over?
i have a 2001 honda odessy,
yes the car did turn over after sears look at it.
yes the dash lights and everything else works it just doesn't want to turnover.
ok it could be a couple of things,
first it could still have a bad starter. If the starter has a bad spot on the armature then it might or might not start in certain situations.
the wiring to the starter is faulty. There is a small wire at the start that should be getting 12 volts when the key is turned to start.
if there is no power on that wire then the problem could be the ignition switch
