Question

we have a little baby born about 3or4 weeks ago. he seemed more active before the last few days he is just lying on the bottom of the box and not making much sounds and the mom seems concerned nudging it all the time. i cant get to the box to clean it because the mom won't come out so i am afraid the waste is making it sick. help please

What kind of bird or animal is this?

If a bird, has it developed any feathers? Fur, if it's another animal? Are its eyes open?

Has it been eating well up to now?

Is the mother eating well?

How warm is it in the room where you keep the cage?
