Hello,
Welcome to Just Answer and thanks for your question. Fungal infections are controlled with antifungal medication and frequent shampooing. There are a few over-the-counter anitfungals, but the prescription ones from your doctor are stronger and can also be given orally so they aren't so messy to use. Keloids are scars formed where there was a lesion. If the fungal infection is controlled there won't be scar formation. For existing keloids, you would need to consult a dermatologist or plastic surgeon for the best way of removal that will not cause worse scarring.
