Question

we were waiting to fund on a home sale on friday the funding did not come in on time so we were waiting to fund first thing that following monday. Well over the weekend our home was broken in and vadalized. The insurance claim was denied and now the buyer wants to back out before I can ask if the banks would take a lower offer due to the damage to the home so teh buyer could repair them with the extra funds after close. Can he pull out right now?
