I found a 3 week old kitten(I think), in the middle of the street and cant find a place that will take it that wont put it to sleep so i'm goning to take care of it untill it reaches eight weeks. The kitten has a lot of goo coming out of its eyes what can i do to help it with that problem and what are other bits of advice can you give me about taking care of it

Sounds like the kitten has an upper respiratory disease which you can read about here

At this age the kitten may still need milk products so goats milk or a formula like Just Born may be good for it.
Also feed wet and dry kitten food and make sure it has easy access to a cat box.
For the eyes you need eye ointment from the vet but you can use warm damp compresses on them and clean them with sterile saline.
Kitten will need worming and shots and to be checked for protozoaon parasites such as giardia or coccidia. The vet can check on parasites by checking a fresh stool sample.
