If your dog is not vaccinated or up to date on his vaccinations, I would be concerned about Parvo virus, which requires immediate evaluation, diagnosis and treatment by the vet.

It's also possible that your dog is exhibiting symptoms of toxic ingestion, or has eaten a non-food item or something from the trash, he shouldn't have.

If your dog goes outside unsupervised, he might have been injured, and this is causing his problems, or he may have picked up an intestinal viral or bacterial infection.

As you can see, there are a variety of possibilities for your dog's current symptoms and there's no doubt that he needs to be examined in person by the vet, immediately. If it's now after hours for your regular vet, please bring him to the nearest ER vet center so he can be evaluated and treated.
