I have a 2001 740I sport and the windows are starting to fog up like i hace condinsation inside the car? is this a problem with the heatercore?

Answer

if your coolant level is dropping, then yes coolant is probly leaking out the matrix. feel the carpets to see if they are wet.
Another possibility is that elsewhere in the car is leaking rain water, like in the boot, and this is condensing in changing temps/conditions.
