Hi how long ago did you change those parts? Was the intake full of oil? How many miles? Mike

Answer

Hi well 2 months ago I was thinking it could have been some residual oil in there. Looks like not the case. Really the only other thing is may have started to get some valve seals starting to leak. Causing some oil to get down in the cylinders. Or the piston rings getting a little blow by. You could do a compression test and leak down test. mike

So you don't think it could be a blockage of the pipe that should bring the oil back into the sump?

Accepted Answer

Hi I dont think so. Most of the oil should drain back down through the head oil ports. Mike
