yes they are these have terminals built in and i cant reset from the original owners settings
To reset it to manufacturer's defaults, go to the Control Panel, select the System, under the Terminal Information Tab and choose the option to reset the system to factory defaults.

There are no instructions that I can find that details a way to do this. You might try disconnecting all power, opening the unit and pulling the CMOS battery, wait 5 minutes, then reinsert it...if the password is stored in VRAM, this will do the trick.
Also, you could probably contact Samsung Support and ask them directly.
