Question

98 buick century the plug in going to blower fan motor (orange wire ) has a burn spot at the plug what is casueing this and how can i fix it

Answer

It can mean 2 things. Either the fan motor is drawing excessive current or there is a poor connection at that plug and the resistence will cause heat.
