What is the make, model, year and engine type for your vehicle? I do not see any information on them.

The misfiring are consistenton one bank of the cylinders and I would consider the following possibilities,
1. Valve timing. Timing belt was found to be off, has it been rectified? If any work had been done on the camshafts, I would check the synchronisation of both camshafts.
2. Compression test. Had it been carried out?
3. Valve clearances, were they checked?
4. Fuel line, was the fuel rail checked for clogging?
5. Did you try swapping the coils and spark plugs with 2, 4 and 6?
