hi, i have a vauxhall vectra 2.2dti estate, and it will not start when cold, i have changed the glow plugs and large plug relay and still the same, the only way to start is to put my charger starter on it and after turning and pump[ing peddle for a minuite it eventually starts, once started she runs great csan anyone advise

Welcome to JA. You have almost certainly got an air leak in the fuel leak off system, this has two main areas, 1/ the leak off pipes and 2/ the injector seals.
The first part is easy to do, the pipes and their "T" pieces need to be changed with vauxhalls modified pipe. you should then see how the car is after this repair, obviously get it going and give it a quick run to make sure the air is out of the system. If it is still poor to start then the injector seals will need changing, this requires a partial removal of the camshaft and is not the easiest job to take on. If you need more info let me know.
