errrrrrrrrrrrrr basically telling local people my business has gone bust which is a lie!!!!!!!

 

Answer

You should have a lawyer send a letter to the slanderer that if it does not cease and desist from making further such false statements he or she will be sued for slander, tortious interference with contract and loss of business damages.
