Question

Hi - this fire runs without difficulty for around 15-20 minutes then clicks ( gas safety valve? ) and cuts out. I have to wait for several minutes before the fire will re-ignite, then it runs ok for another brief period and so on. Can you please advise which component is likely to be faulty and any other suggestions...thanks!

Answer

is this a set of gas logs or a free standing stove? it sounds like an oxygen depletion sensor possibly causing the problem.
