There are many different aspects you will need to consider with finding the worth of your piano, the condition it is in, the model number!
I found this site that if you contact them with this information should be able to give you a rough idea of what it's worth!

They also suggested that if you need any work done on it, that who ever you deal with, should be able to tell you the worth of your piano!
