I have a whirlpool fridgefreezer, but when it swicthes it self of it does not come back on untill flick the main swicth off and on.

what do you mean the compressor is not coming on? what is the model?

Its a whirlpool ARC7412 , when I go to the freezer compartment some of the food has defrosted and the fridge is not cold.

that model did not come up well it did for an amana range.


check the back panel in the freezer for frost also see if you can feel the fan running. any strange noises?
