Hello, I have a 94 geo tracker 4wd just bought a month ago it started to make noises while turning curves on the highway, also now the steering is starting to grab once awhile. thank you, Jim

Sounds like you are going to have to give the frontend a good inspection. Bad wheel bearings can cause a grinding/growling when bad. If your noise is more clunk related, you could have a bad balljoint or tierod.

 

These vehicles are also prone to the idler arm becoming sloppy. The good news is they can be "rebuilt". A separate bushing can be purchased for approx. $15 and pressed in. Also, the stabilizer links are prone to ripping out of their socket and banging against the sway bar on turns.

 

Hopefully that gives you some direction to go in.
