I was a foster child since i was 6 i am 36. But when i was 17 my foster parent kicked me out on the streets. But one of my co workers had told me that there money I was suppose to recieve when the night mare ended. Is that true?

Your asking about events that took place 9 years ago. You are not entitled to receive any monies from any agency for that time in your life. You should put it behind you and move on. It was a nightmare for you but don't continue to relive it by seeking nonexistent benefits.
You will only become more frustrated if you continue to look for money
that is not there. I wish I had a better answer for you.
