My 2001 Range Rover suddenly overheated. How can I determine what is wrong so I can fix it?

Hi XXXXX,

You probably have a low coolant level due to a leak. The most common leaks on these are from the heater core o-rings which are inside and you can check this by smelling the floor board on the front passenger side in the middle. The other places are the throttle body de-icer which is located under the throttle body, the head gaskets leak oil and coolant and the lower intake manifold. You will have to inspect these areas and determine which is leaking and correct as needed.
