Hello, I need a little more information. Did the window come off track ( is it loose inside the door)? Is the motor working at all? Does it sound like something is binding up in the door? Please let me know. JAY.

Hello, if the motor is working the most likley cause would be a bad window regulator. The window regulator and motor would need to be removed from the door together. Once you have it out you can separate the motor from the regulator. I apologize for the late response, please let me know if this will help. Thanks JAY.

can you explain further as i do not know how to even remove the panel

1. Remove the rear door handle trim bezel. 2. Remove the rear door pull cup. 3. Remove the screws from the pull cup bracket. 4. Remove the door panel by pulling outward. There are clips that hold it to the door. 5. Disconnect and reposition the electrical connections. 6. Remove the rear door trim panel from the vehicle.
