When did she eat this?
It sounds more like your dog rupture a disc (in the spine). And she may have IVDD. You can research this or ask me more info....but in the meantime, call the animal poison control hotline:
XXX-XXX-XXXX
They can tell you if the nail pen was toxic. Without knowing what the chemical in it was, I could not begin to guess wether it is causing the symptoms or not.

Is she vomiting? Are her pupils dilated?
Do you have the nail pen? Is there any way you can look up what kind of ingredients it contained?
The symptoms could be from the chemicals in the pen. Again, I would call the poison control hotline and find out.
If the symptoms seem to be getting better, you may be able to wait it out, and see if she gets better. If she starts to vomit, seizure, lose consciousness, or have trouble breathing, you should seek immediate medical attention. If it doesn't seem right, call an emergency clinic and find out if you need the bring the dog in.
If it is not the pen, it could be that your dog is painful from a pulled muscle or a ruptured spinal disc. Have your vet check her over in the morning.
Sounds like it might not be too bad. Keep an eye on her and monitor her stool and watch for vomiting.
