Question

We have an almost 2 year old Yorkshire Terrier. Just yesterday, he developed soreness in his back section, around where i would think the hips would be. Today, you can't touch him on either side of that area. He runs and plays fine, but if you touch him, you know it hurts him. Please let me know your opinion.
