Rear seat audio on 2005 avalanche won't power on. Suspect connector came loose again. Would like to know how to gain access to rear seat audio panel to check for connectivity

Already Tried:
i've tried to remove the inner lining of the console but cant seem to get the rear portion out from under the rear fascia of the console.

Hello, and welcome. the rear control unit just snaps into place. here is the instructions. if you need, i can post the console removal procedure.

  • Insert a flat bladed tool between the audio control and the console end panel in order to pry gently the audio control from the panel.

  • Disconnect the electrical connectors from the rear seat audio control.
