A 60k service should not include timing belt and waterpump normally. Being that your car is getting older I'd say you should probably do it within the next year or two anyways based on age of the vehicle the belt will still be getting cracked and worn and it it breaks it will destroy your engine.
Assuming you already did your 40k service a 60k is just an oil change, tire rotate, and a pollen filter.
If you didn't do your 40k you should do spark plugs, air filter, pollen filter, brake flush, rotate, oil change, and add a fuel additive in the fuel tank.
