The most common problem is the resistor. You would need a test light or volt meter to check for sure. Are you looking for a best guess answer or how to diagnosis?

Well. the best guess was the resistor I stated earlier. With the switch on check at the blower motor for power. If power to the motor and it doesn't spin replace the motor. If no power to the motor then check the resistor to see if getting power to it and out of it. If power to it and none out then replace the resistor. If no power to the resistor then check the switch to see if getting power out of it. If not power out replace the switch. You know your getting power to the switch because the switch lights up.
