Disconnect the right side temperature door actuator. <br /><br />2. Place a test light across the two wires. <br /><br />3. Test light should light as the temperature is switched from hot to cold and cold to hot. <br /><br />4. If so, remove the actuator and verify that the door linkage is free and not binding. <br /><br />5. If so, replace the temperature door motor. <br /><br />6. If the light did not light, check the wires to the control head and replace the control head <br /><br /><br /><br />Thank you again for trusting us with your problem. The right side actulator is locate on the right side heater box behing the dash.

Remove the actuator and see if is working when you change the passenger side temperature, if doesnt work when you change temperature on the passenger side replace the actulator.
