Did you click on the DOWNLOAD button? It is a PDF that you can download or just open. I just checked the link and it is working. Try again and let me know it you can get it to work it is a standard PDF file. Make sure your computer settings are not too tight. If it does not work on your computer I can try another way.
Can you give me some detail what the switch is doing when you try to close the top are the any flashing lights on the switch. Do you have an owners manual on the proper sequence of closing the top? Click the link below for the directions of normal use to close the top.
ps I just was reminded about the lockout switch in the glove box for the top. Make sure it did not get inadvertently pushed to lock the function of the roof out.
