When this door ajar light is staying on if both the front and rear dome lights are left in the (DOOR) position do either of them stay on when you close the door then fade out or go out after 10 or 15 minutes?

Randy,
The front dome light stays on in "door" position. The rear hatch dome light will go off after a few minutes.

This means one of the door courtesy switches is telling the system that one of the doors is open. The courtesy switches are inside the door and are built onto the latch mechanism. One for each door. Have someone push in on the door with some extra force to see if you can make the light go out. If you have some test equipment like a volt ohm meter I can send some electrical test to run on the courtesy switches to confirm.
Let me know if this is something that you can handle or not. The body electrical system can get a little daunting on this car.
I have pushed in on the driver's door to see if the dash light would go out or it would let me lock it with the remote but it didn't make any difference. I can handle the troubleshooting, have a multimeter, etc. I just kept looking for a switch on the jamb thinking I was working on my old Chevy. Is there a place on the wiring harness to determine which door is the problem, or should I just jump on the drivers' door as the most likely suspect?
I would go for the drivers door switch first. It is the most used. Click the link below for more info. The wires at the connector at the actuator are R-W and R-B. The door panel needs to come off to get to the connector.

Sounds like a plan, but the link to mediafire brings up no files. Did I wait too long to view them?
Any special tricks on removing the door panel?
I am not sure what happened. Try these.
