Hello,
Thank you for your question.

Are you wanting to do this with JavaScript or a server-side language?
You mentioned "design view" so I'm assuming that your using DreamWeaver.

How many columns does your table have? If it has more than one column, is there a specific column that you want to populate the drop-down menu from?

I understand that you want to pull info from a table and create a drop-down menu from it, but what is it that you are specifically trying to accomplish?

I am a state government employee in procurement. I am responsible to utilize Microsoft Access for a funds set aside by the state for a specific purpose and track vendors fulfilling the states requirements.

So far I have created tables I think are necessary. I am creating an data entry form to enter results from vendors responding to the state. I have tried placing combination boxes, etc., into the form but can't figure out how to get a drop down menu in the form from which I can select from a predeterminted category list specific to each vendor.

You want to have a table in Access that contains a list of categories, right?

What server-side language are you using to communicate with Access?
