Info Request

Greetings:

What caused your pain?

Did you injure yourself on the property? If so, how and when?

Did you notify the landlord of this injury? If so, what were you advised?

Why is the landlord asking you to move?

Did the landlord serve you with notice to move? If so, what type of notice - 3 day/5 day/notice to vacate/notice of termination?; when were you served?

Please also advise as to the city/state wherein you reside.

Please let me know.

Thank you.

Bright Blessings.

Peace, Love & Happiness,
