Hello,
Have any of the other questions we've helped you with since June been resolved?
So, you still have faintness and can't hear since 9/29; still have a urine infection since 10/20; still have a suspected kidney infection since 11/2; and still have asthma symptoms since 11/18. If you are still having all these problems, you need to see your family doctor to determine why someone your age is having so many outstanding physical problems. A numb scalp and dizziness doesn't really correlate with any disease process that would fit into your pattern.
Since your doctor was unable to find anything wrong with you after running tests, it isn't likely that we would find anything online without the ability to do an examination and access to medical records and all test results. Dizziness, tingling, and numbness are often due to anxiety. You could try just concentrating on relaxation and getting your mind involved in worthwhile activities like exercise, reading, listening to music, yoga, enjoying good friends will lessen the symptoms. Here are some relaxation exercises you can try.
