Question

my sons father passed away when i was pregnat we were not married therefore my son got nothing now my sons grandfather has passed away and was unaware he had a grandson is my son entitled to anything? I no we would some how have to establish paternity, but can we contest the grandfathers will?

No. Only your son's father can contest the will....but only on proof that there was irregularity in the making of the will.....technical defects....he wasn't of sound mind, etc. There is no requirement that anyone leave anyone anything (except a spouse in some cases). Sorry.
