Question

My mom passed away 10-08. She left all assets in a living trust. 4 homes paid for clear ,raw land, cars,misc.all paid clear. only 1personal loan$60k. Mom named me/ brother #1 as joint represenatives. i also have 1 sister and a brother #2. situation is simple. Brother #1,my sister and her daughter live in #1home. Brother #2 & wife live in #2 home. My aunt (moms sister) lives in #3home. The Vegas vacation #4home is vacant. NOBODY pays rent.I live with wife in Hawaii. I am gathering that my mom was allowing this to be. Me and Brother #1 want to see us rent all properties for income to pay off loan and distribute annually positive cash equally. Only exception is my moms main home. Where everyone is welcomed to live free of rent. Aunt says she has no money. Brother #2 says same, and both do not want to move or pay rent. Me and brother #1 want to respect my mom & dads hard work life. Selling for simplicity now is not an option. me and brother #1 are paying current expenses. What next?
