Not an Employment Law Question?
Question
I was a grievant in an arbitration hearing, under the railway labor act. One of the witnesses, who was under oath, for my former employer, lied on 2 matters, my character as an employee and his role in my termination. I can prove that he lied because I have him on tape, under oath, in an unemployment appeal hearing. Has he perjured himself and are they any legal remedies that I can pursue? A judgement on the arbitration has already been decided in favor of the employer.
