I have a 2006 cummins with 50,000 miles on it and it is having the 3rd flywheel installed. The dealership is saying that it also took out the rear main seal. I also replaced the starter about 6 weeks ago. Is this a common problem?

I would have to say no it isn't a common issue. We have never had one do this and have I run this through our database and there have been no other similar reports of this nature.
