Thanks for writing in,
Oh my goodness, sorry to hear that this happened to your girl. These types of injuries can be extremely serious, so based on the force of the kick, and how your girl is looking you may need to get her to a vet right away to be assessed for any facial fractures, etc.
For now, you need to really calm her down. If you can put her in a small area like a bathroom to try bringing down her heartrate that would be best. If we can get her heart rate and blood pressure down, we'll be on our way to her body being able to control the bleeding on its own. If you see any swelling on her face or nose, then apply cold compresses to those area to help bring down the swelling and that will also constrict capillaries again slowing the bleeding.
Do you happen to have any dog medications at home? If so I can tell you what to give and how much.
But like I said previously, if the bleeding doesn't stop, if she gets excessive swelling etc, she must be assessed by a vet asap, if not by tomorrow. But keep her quiet and calm. And the bleeding will slow. She may seep blood for alittle while as there are many small blood vessels in the sinuses, in the nose and mouth, etc.
Please let me know how she does and if you have any other questions.

what medications do you have? do you have any rimadyl left over from her spay?
Glad to hear that the bleeding has stopped.
If you do not have any medications you can give her a small amount of buffered or coated aspirin as long as she is not on any other medications. You do not want to combine this with anything else. You can give 5mg/pound twice daily. Now this does have anticlotting affects, so if she starts to bleed again once administered do not give the second dose.
