Question

My 17 year old daughter had severe stomach pains and went to the ER. They told us after a CT Scan and labs nothing was wrong. 2 Months later, she was having severe stomach aches again, her dr. pulled up the ct scan written report. It said :
Mild subjective prominence biliary ducts. Common bile duct measures 9mm, no masses or stones. There are multiple sub 5 mm renal cortical hypodeensities which are too small to characterize but may represent cysts. Trace of free pelvic fluid and thoracolumbar scoliosis. Consider early polycystic renal disease. What is your thoughts?

When do the stomach pains occur? Are they usually after eating or at random moments? Do certain foods cause the pain to occur or feel worse? Does anything make it worse or better?
